Will Raphinha’s injury problems affect Barcelona’s transfer plans for this summer?
The Brazilian has struggled with hamstring issues throughout the campaign.

The Brazilian is a crucial player for Hans Flick’s side but has suffered from hamstring issues throughout the campaign and has missed chunks of the season because of the problem.
Raphinha’s latest setback comes at a critical time of the season and may just make Barcelona think about their transfer plans for the summer. Hansi Flick does have alternatives to Raphinha but there’s absolutely no doubt that when the Brazilian is not in the starting XI, the Catalans look a different animal. It’s been widely report that Barcelona want a center-back and a center-forward in the next window but might the Catalans now be thinking about another left winger instead?
We still don’t know what will happen with Marcus Rashford this summer, although recent noises have suggested that Barcelona aren’t keen on paying his buy option and Manchester United won’t sanction another loan . Could Raphinha’s injury issues tempt Barca into signing Rashford permanently after all? Meanwhile, there’s already been talk of a potential return for Jan Virgili, with the youngster having admitted he will find it difficult to say no if Barca came calling.
