Diario Sport report that his agent – Jorge Mendes – is already working hard to try and engineer the midfielder a move to Camp Nou and has been talking to Deco and Co.

The report says that Bernardo Silva “is doing everything possible and impossible to sign for Barça for next season” and is hoping Mendes can work some magic. Mendes is said to be convinced the Bernardo “can play a relevant role in Flick’s project for the coming season” and thinks the fact he’s a free agent could also tempt Barca. Bernardo is said to have offers from MLS, Saudi Arabia and Galatasaray but wants his last professional contract to be with Barcelona.

He’s willing to wait and see if it’s a possibility but there are massive doubts. Bernardo will turn 32 in August and does his best work in positions where Barcelona already have Pedri and Lamine Yamal.
