John's gave Duke basketball a huge fight in the Sweet 16 of the 2026 Men's NCAA Tournament . So much so, freshman Cameron Boozer's jersey was ripped across the front by the end of the contest after being fouled by Zuby Ejiofor. The Blue Devils (35-2) weathered the 5-seeded Red Storm (30-7), claiming 80-75 victory to advance to the Elite 8.

"It was the last play of the game," Boozer said. "It was obviously a high intensity game. It was just find a way to win.
