com/S6bwvXMtCF — UFC (@ufc) March 27, 2026 The Ultimate Fighting Championship 's return to Washington is now official after the UFC Seattle weigh-ins took place on Friday. Headlining the 13-fight card is a bout between former champ Israel Adesanya and middleweight prospect Joe Pyfer . Both men successfully made weight for the five-round fight without issue.
All other fighters on the card were also professionals, as everyone made weight. Adesanya (24-5) is in desperate need of a win as he's on a three-fight losing streak. Surprising losses to Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis saw the reign of "The Last Stylebender" come to an end.
Now 36, and coming off a TKO defeat to Nassourdine Imavov , the City Kickboxing product will look to show that he still has more left in the tank by taking a slight step down from elite competition. Adesanya weighed 186 pounds for his latest UFC main event. Meanwhile, this is the biggest fight in the career of Pyfer (15-3).
