Tiger Woods Arrested for DUI After SUV Rollover Crash in Florida... Again

Tiger's back in the rough, and this time it's not a sand trap.

Image Credit: Fox News Tiger Woods, the 50-year-old golf legend with more career comebacks than a boomerang, found himself in handcuffs Friday afternoon after a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida led to a DUI arrest. The Martin County Sheriff's Office confirmed the incident, which unfolded just before 2 p. m.

and, thankfully, left no one physically injured. According to officials, Woods was behind the wheel of a dark Land Rover when he clipped a truck that was towing a trailer. The truck's driver told investigators he had just begun turning into a driveway off a two-lane road when he spotted the SUV approaching fast in his rearview mirror.

He attempted to get out of the way, but the Land Rover overtook him at the last second, swerved, and still managed to make contact with the back of the trailer. The SUV then rolled onto the driver's side door. Woods climbed out through the window.

At 50, crawling out of a rolled SUV is not exactly what the doctor ordered, but here we are. A Familiar Script With a New Chapter Responding officers suspected impairment at the scene. Woods agreed to a breathalyzer test but declined a urine test.
