Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann acknowledges Jamal Musiala is in race against the clock
The FC Bayern star does not have a lot of time to get over his injury issues before the World Cup.

And time is running out, with Musiala missing a set of important tune-up friendlies this week in a bid to keep his recovery on track.
The 23-year-old has a big supporter in German men’s national team coach Julian Nagelsmann. “The most important thing is that he is healthy and pain-free, and that he can play with 100% freedom and reach his full potential. That is all crucial,” Nagelsmann said in comments captured by Bild (via @iMiaSanMia ).
“He doesn’t have that much time left. I believe he can reach 100%. But he now has eight weeks until he has to be at 100%.
“We have a lot of good attacking players, and Jamal, like everyone else, has to be at 100% in the games. It was an extremely serious injury, which normally causes a few problems from time to time, and you have pain that you can’t tolerate for various reasons, and you’re a bit inhibited and can’t play freely. I just hope that nothing else happens and that he comes back.
