Julian Nagelsmann and his squad made this an absolute thriller out of an international friendly. With lots of polarizing performances from the starting lineup, Nagelsmann has some big decisions to make heading into the match against Ghana. Do the poor performances demand change or will the former Bayern Munich coach stick to his guns?

Let’s jump into performances. Jersey Swap: Dan Ndoye The Swiss attacker was relentless against the Germans, especially in the first half. Ndoye gave Switzerland their first goal and generally cause havoc for Germany’s backline.

Breel Embolo and Granit Xhaka are both solid mentions as well. Der Kaiser: Joshua Kimmich If you looked at the score line, you would think Germany’s backline had an all time bad day. That wasn’t necessarily the case though as most of the blame could be put on Nico Schlotterbeck and a major off day for Oliver Baumann.
