Former Steelers RB Najee Harris to meet with multiple teams

•Yahoo Sports

Najee Harris was the Steelers first-round pick in 2021 and now he's trying to make a comeback from a horrible injury.

For four straight seasons, running back Najee Harris topped 1,000 rushing yards for the Pittsburgh Steelers . Harris was the Steelers first-round pick in 2021 out of Alabama and looked like a player who would be a Steeler forever. But free agency and the lure of big money sent Harris packing to the Los Angeles Chargers and pretty much everything that could go wrong for Harris did.

Now, coming off of a torn Achilles, Harris is trying to make a comeback and according to NFL Network report Ian Rapoport, has visits set up with the Seattle Seahawks and Las Vegas Raiders. Former #Chargers and #Steelers RB Najee Harris visited the #Seahawks today, per the wire, and the plan is to visit the #Raiders next, source said. pic.

twitter. com/6DuG99yGYr — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 25, 2026 Harris was supposed to be the answer at running back for a Steelers team that wanted to run the football. And while he was consistent, he was never spectacular and was constantly compared to Le'Veon Bell, who also left via free agency and was never heard from again.

The Steelers drafted Kaleb Johnson to replace Harris and he's starting to look like a complete flop of a pick at this point. This article originally appeared on Steelers Wire: Former Steelers RB Najee Harris to meet with multiple teams
