UCLA men's basketball and Michigan State have had a flurry of season defining moments this season and the Spartans can make another by avenging them.
The NCAA Tournament East Region's No. 3 Michigan State can avenge the No. 7 UCLA men's basketball team and the Big Ten Conference against No.
2 UConn in the Sweet 16 on Friday. The Bruins were without leading-scorer, forward Tyler Bilodeau when they went against the Huskies in Philadelphia for the second round of the tournament and it concluded with a brutal 73-57, season-ending finale for UCLA . Now the Spartans can snag some revenge their fellow Big Ten team with a chance to take on the winner of No.
1 Duke vs. No. 5 St.
John's in the Elite 8. Amusingly enough, UCLA and Michigan State had pivotal moments with each other leading up to the NCAA Tournament. The Bruins were defeated 82-59 by the Spartans at the Breslin Center in East Lansing, Michigan during the regular season.
