Lady Longhorns Madison Booker off to impressive start in March Madness
As the Lady Longhorns have moved closer to a national title, Madison Booker has been a scoring machine for Texas.
Through the Lady Longhorns first two March Madness games, they have looked like one of the best teams in the country. While they have gotten contributions from everyone on the roster, no one has been better than Madison Booker. The Mississippi native has been a scoring machine, thriving against every opponent.
In two games, the talented forward has scored 54 points and been a difference maker on the boards with 20 rebounds. She has also put her teammates in a position to succeed with eight assists. With Booker playing some of her best basketball of the season, Texas has outscored its opponents 187-103.
