The report states Chelsea are closely monitoring his development, and have made contact with his entourage over a possible move.

Corriere Dello Sport add Pavlovic is valued at €36m, and Milan want to build their defence around the Serbian next season. Pavlovic has two years left on his current deal, and has made 30 appearances in all competitions, with Milan currently second in Serie A, six points behind rivals Inter. Doubts over future of several centre backs Whilst the Blues are looking to add another centre back, it’s clear a number of the current crop will be moved on in the summer.
