Corriere Dello Sport add Pavlovic is valued at €36m, and Milan want to build their defence around the Serbian next season. Pavlovic has two years left on his current deal, and has made 30 appearances in all competitions, with Milan currently second in Serie A, six points behind rivals Inter.
