To say the least, the top of the defensive tackle class is a little banged up. Per Edholm, Mississippi nose tackle Zxavian Harris ( ranked the 119th overall player in the draft class on the consensus board ) is still in a boot after undergoing foot surgery following the combine. For what it’s worth, Harris, who measured in at 6’8” and 330 pounds, didn’t do any on-field drills in Indianapolis due to his foot injury.

Cincinnati nose tackle Dontay Corleone, who is already dealing with a blood-clotting condition , had tightrope surgery (a solution to fix high ankle sprains). According to Edholm, Corleone’s plate will be removed next week, and he will be considered recovered in a week or two after that. Like Harris, Corleone (ranked 111th) did not participate in the combine.

With Banks (ranked 34th), Corleone and Harris all dealing with injuries, the top fully-healthy (as far as we know) nose tackle types in this class are Ohio State’s Kayden McDonald (32nd), Texas Tech’s Lee Hunter (41st), Georgia’s Christen Miller (47th), Iowa State’s Domonique Orange (69th) and Florida State’s Dontay Corleone (89th).
