On-Loan Tottenham Hotspur Defender Is On The Radar Of Liverpool: Should Spurs Cash In On Him? In a recent report , Bild revealed that on-loan Tottenham Hotspur defender Luka Vuskovic is on the radar of Liverpool. It has been stated that the Reds are competing with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea in the race to land the Croat centre-back, who is playing on loan at Hamburg, from the North London club this summer.
Vuskovic’s Impressive Loan Spell In Germany Vuskovic is having an impressive loan spell at Hamburg as he has produced a string of solid displays for them on the defensive end of the field during this campaign. The 19-year-old has made 26 appearances for the German club this season, scoring five times and picking up one assist in multiple competitions. The Croat talent is currently among the best young defenders in European football.
Thus, Spurs would find it difficult to fend off interest from other top clubs and retain his services beyond this summer. His current contract at his parent club, Tottenham, will run out in the summer of 2030. Hence, the North London club will be under no immediate pressure to cash in on him this off-season.
