The former AFC Bournemouth striker, who scored nine goals in 53 matches for the Blades, initially left Bramall Lane on loan to Salernitana. Before heading permanently to Vfl Bochum. Without playing a game for the German side, he was loaned out to the French side, Nimes.
Mousset eventually arrived in Ireland to play for Bohemians last year. His move to Ireland came after a thirteen-month period without a club. In his final game for the club on 10 May 2025, Mousset scored his only goal for Bohs.
The Bohemians manager stated to the Irish Examiner that they struggled to get the striker fit, leading to his departure. Now he has joined Vancouver FC in the Canadian Premier League for the 2026 season. With a reported option to extend for 2027.
