A calculated offseason earns praise, but one concern keeps Philadelphia just outside the top tier in a recent free-agency ranking.

The Philadelphia Eagles didn't dominate headlines this offseason for the most part, other than a nice add here or there, but their approach hasn't gone unnoticed.
