49ers leading WR tied to AFC West in free agency
Jauan Jennings hasn't signed with a team yet, but one analyst thinks he'd be a perfect fit for this West Coast team.
Jauan Jennings is, more than likely, not returning to the San Francisco 49ers this offseason. Many reports have indicated this, and the 49ers' decision to add Mike Evans and Christian Kirk in free agency also signaled a mutual parting of ways with Jennings. Jennings still hasn't signed this offseason, though, so it's still technically possible he comes back to the 49ers.
But while Bleacher Report NFL analyst Gary Davenport writes that Jennings should stay on the West Coast, he would be instead be a "perfect fit" with the Los Angeles Chargers. L. A.

His 2025 season in San Francisco wasn't especially impressive: 55 catches for 643 yards. But he hauled in a career-high nine touchdowns, and he reeled in 77 passes for 975 yards and six scores the year before. The longer the 28-year-old stays on the open market, the more his asking price comes down.
