Now that a date is targeted, the natural next question is who will be his opponent? Already, there have been hints towards Ian Garry and Jorge Masvidal , but the latest report reaches all the way back to his second-ever UFC fight as a young, rising Featherweight talent. Accord to Ariel Helwani , the current front runner to face McGregor is Max Holloway, who lost a decision to McGregor all the way back in August 2013.
