The Tigers said Wednesday that a full cable distribution list will be finalized before the season opener Thursday.

Detroit — Detroit SportsNet, the Tigers' new home for game broadcasts, will debut Thursday for the season opener. The Tigers and Major League Baseball on Wednesday announced that three of the cable distribution agreements have been finalized.
