Comerica Park is offering a slew of new food and drink options this season in Detroit, including footlong corn dogs, slow-smoked turkey legs and more.

When the 2026 Detroit Tigers home season opens at Comerica Park on Friday, April 3, fans will find new eats and drinks, plus better values. This season, Ilitch Sports Entertainment is also planning premium giveaways on select weekends, themed celebrations and community events. Fans can expect a twist on ballpark favorites, like the Tigers Tail footlong corndog, and diverse local favorites, including pierogi nachos.

On Wednesday, March 25, Ilitch Sports + Entertainment unveiled details of the new food and beverage offerings for fans at Comerica Park. It's all part of the Tigers' $200 million, multiyear investment in the facility that Ilitch Sports Entertainment promises to "enhance fan and player experiences. " At the annual “What’s New” at the ballpark media event, the Tigers organization, along with food and beverage partner Delaware North Sportservice, hosted a food tasting, announced new and returning vendors, new merchandise, game day specials and unique food items.

The event took place in Comerica Park’s swanky Priority Club, which made its debut during the 2025 season. Mark Szubeczak, executive chef of Comerica Park for Delaware North Sportservice, said he’s excited not only about the Tigers but this year’s food offerings. “It's going to be a great season, and we're ready to go.

We have a bunch of fun new items this year. We’ve been cooking and testing food," he said. As in years past, the organization is putting the spotlight on local restaurants in the city of Detroit.
