Allegiant Field in Las Vegas reportedly expected to host Super Bowl LXIII

The city last hosted a Super Bowl in Feb. 2024 when the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers.

Allegiant Field in Las Vegas is reportedly expected to be named host of Super Bowl LXIII during next week’s NFL owner’s meetings. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter , a vote will take place amongst the league’s 32 owners with it being a "matter of formality" that Las Vegas will get the final game of the 2028 NFL season. 2024, which saw the Kansas City Chiefs top the San Francisco 49ers. Allegiant Stadium has been home of the Las Vegas Raiders since 2020 -- a season that featured no fans in the building due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The stadium also hosts UNLV football games, the Vegas Kickoff Classic and the the Las Vegas Bowl.

Wrestlemania will held there in April for the second straight year and the NCAA will hold the College Football Playoff National Championship game there in Jan. 2027. Next season’s Super Bowl will be held at SoFi Stadium for the second time.

It previously hosted in 2022 when the Los Angeles Rams beat the Cincinnati Bengals. Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium will get the game in 2028, marking its second time as host after the New England Patriots beat the Rams in 2019.
