Both teams entered the offseason with a dire need at the position as they look to surround their young quarterbacks with more help. But the Raiders have only added Jalen Nailor up until this point and their receivers room remains as shaky as ever when you also include unproven 2025 draft picks Dont'e Thornton and Jack Bech and veteran Tre Tucker. Meanwhile, the Titans made a big addition with the signing of Wan'Dale Robinson and now have a strong trio with Robinson, Calvin Ridley and Elic Ayomanor.
That said, Ridley is coming off an injury-plagued season and Ayomanor is unproven. In an article naming potential landing spots for the best free agents still available, Pro Football and Sports Network's Alex Kennedy connected the Raiders and Titans to San Francisco 49ers free agent wideout Jauan Jennings, who Kennedy projects for a three-year $18 million deal in free agency. Jauan Jennings faced less competition for touches in the San Francisco 49ers’ passing attack in 2025, with Brandon Aiyuk out for the whole year and Deebo Samuel being traded to Washington.
Despite that, Jennings’ receiving yard total dropped from 975 in 2024 to 643 in 2025. However, Jennings improved with 9 receiving touchdowns this year, leading the 49ers. He’s a 6’3″, sure-handed receiver who can block.
