The Giants have the No. 5 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Ohio State has four players generally considered among the top 10 draft prospects in this year’s class, and several others considered draftable. The NFL Mock Draft Database lists 10 Buckeyes with draftable grades. Edge defender Arvell Reese, off-ball linebacker Sonny Styles, safety Caleb Downs, and wide receiver Carnell Tate are the four top 10 prospects for the Buckeyes.

Downs did not work out at the NFL Scouting Combine, and there will be tremendous interest in whatever athletic testing he does on Wednesday. Tate ran a 4. 53-second 40-yard dash at the Combine.

If he can run under 4. 50 on Wednesday he would solidify himself as the likely first wide receiver selected, if he has not done so already. Defensive tackle Kayden McDonald (a Round 2 projection), and cornerback Davison Igbinosun (Round 3 projection) are other Buckeyes who could interest the Giants.
