LSU’s Harold Perkins Jr. turns heads in Pro Day workout
LSU linebacker Harold Perkins Jr. had a standout showing at LSU’s Pro Day on Monday, doing some serious work in helping his draft stock.
LSU football held its Pro Day on Monday afternoon, giving several former Tigers the opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities and talent to NFL scouts and executives in attendance. While the NFL Combine is the better-known event for this purpose, LSU’s Pro Day offered some Tigers who did not receive invites to the combine a chance to demonstrate their abilities. Harold Perkins Jr.
, who did attend the combine but decided not to test there, had a fantastic outing . At 6-0 5/8 and 220 pounds, Perkins ran a 4. 40 40-yard dash, which would have ranked first among linebackers at the combine.
