The Commanders are sending a large contingent to Columbus to watch Ohio State's pro day. Four Buckeyes could be drafted in the top 10.

There's a good chance that the Washington Commanders ' first-round pick will have played his football at THE Ohio State University. Therefore, it's no surprise that Washington is sending all the big guns to Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday, for the Buckeyes ' pro day. Per NFL draft analyst Ryan Fowler, GM Adam Peters, assistant GM Lance Newmark, head coach Dan Quinn, offensive coordinator David Blough and defensive coordinator Daronte Jones will all be present.

That's quite the contingent, and it's not for one player. The Buckeyes have four players who could be drafted inside the top 10: linebacker/edge Arvell Reese, linebacker Sonny Styles, wide receiver Carnell Tate and safety Caleb Downs. Defensive tackle Kayden McDonald isn't expected to be a top-10 pick, but he will likely hear his name called in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft next month.

It wouldn't be a surprise if the Commanders hosted each of these prospects, considering they all play a position of need for Washington. The three names that stand out the most: Styles, Downs and Tate. There's a good chance that Styles, Reese and Downs are all gone before the Commanders are on the clock at No.
