Lakers release injury report for Wednesday's game versus Pacers
The Lakers will likely be a bit short-handed again when they visit the Pacers on Wednesday.
The Los Angeles Lakers ' nine-game winning streak ended with a 113-110 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Monday, even though they put up quite a fight. Now they will look to start a new winning streak when they visit the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday to end a six-game road trip. The Pacers have fallen almost as much as an NBA team can possibly fall in one calendar year.
Last season, they were one win away from claiming the world championship, but this season, they have a 16-56 record, which is the worst record in the league. Veteran guard Marcus Smart and reserve forward Rui Hachimura didn't play versus Detroit on Monday. For Wednesday's game, Smart is listed as doubtful, while Hachimura and rookie forward Adou Thiero are questionable.

The team will also miss Hachimura's 3-point shooting and overall scoring punch off the bench. The Purple and Gold will finally return home to host the Brooklyn Nets on Friday. This article originally appeared on LeBron Wire: Lakers release injury report for Wednesday's game versus Pacers
