George apologizes to NBA, 76ers fans for breaking league policy The 76ers have not played George since their January 29 clash against the Sacramento Kings . This is because the star and veteran wing took improper medication. Adam Silver and the rest of the NBA had to investigate this matter of breaking the anti-drug policy too.
He has been given a 25-game suspension which started when the 76ers faced the New Orleans Pelicans . His return from suspension is slated on March 25 against the Chicago Bulls .
