Brown. Philadelphia is unlikely to trade Brown before June 2, as doing so would result in a hefty $43 million cap hit if the trade occurred before then. It seems likely that if the Eagles decide to trade Brown after June 1, New England could be a potential destination.
However, Patriots reporter Greg Bedard suggested that instead of pursuing a trade for Brown, New England should consider moving up in the first round of the NFL draft to select a wide receiver. โI think itโs an interesting debate," Bedard said on Tuesday during Patriots on CLNS.
