The funeral and celebration of life for former Packers President Bob Harlan brought out some big names in the Green Bay area to talk about Harlan's impact on them. Harlan died March 5 in Green Bay . He led the Packers for 18½ years, during which time he hired Ron Wolf to be his general manager, which set the team on its way back into relevance, and he lobbied the city of Green Bay and Brown County residents into supporting a county sales tax to help fund the renovation of Lambeau Field.
That renovation set the stage for future improvements and made possible developments like the Titletown district.
