Rebilas-Imagn Images Just when you thought portal season was in the rearview mirror, Eli Drinkwitz and Corey Batoon have struck twice in the past week to bolster the depth of Mizzou’s defense. The Tigers brought in edge rusher Kamauryn Morgan from the transfer portal Tuesday following his true freshman season at Baylor, according to a report from On3. The moves comes a few days after Mizzou added NIU defensive lineman Mark Hensley out of the portal.

He becomes the 30th portal addition this offseason for the Tigers and the team’s fifth incoming transfer at edge rusher, joining Jaden Jones, CJ May, Cavan Tuley and Malik Bryant. The Dallas native was a consensus four-star recruit out of South Oak Cliff High School and rated as one of the top 300 recruits in ESPN’s national rankings.
