Elite mid-major freshman guard entering transfer portal

One of the top freshmen in the mid-major ranks will be playing for a new school in 2026-27. On Tuesday, On3's Joe Tipton reported that Delaware guard Christian Bliss will enter the transfer portal. Bliss, a native of Queens, New York, was named the Conference USA Freshman of the Year in 2026.
He also earned All-CUSA Second Team honors. Bliss started all 31 games as a redshirt freshman this season, averaging 16. 7 points, 5.
9 assists and 5. 2 rebounds. He had 55 steals on the season and shot 39.
