Will Mansoor Delane's monster pro day change the Giants' draft board?

Cornerback Mansoor Delane showed out at LSU's pro day on Monday. Might it change the New York Giants' draft board?

The college pro days are in full stride this week, and it didn't take long for one player to jump out and make his case. On Monday, at LSU's pro day in Baton Rouge, cornerback Mansoor Delane put on a show for the throng of visiting NFL executives, scouts, and coaches. He displayed elite speed and agility and has solidified, if not improved, his first-round status in next month's NFL draft.

com/hwWxC7VrKZ — New Orleans Saints (@Saints) March 23, 2026 Delane, 22, who was measured at 182 pounds and a sliver under 6-foot tall, logged in a blistering 40-yard dash with a top time of 4. 35 seconds. That was eye-opening to onlookers and surely boosted Delane's draft stock into the top 10, if not the top 5, where the New York Giants will be selecting.

Delane will now likely be the first corner off the board come next month in Pittsburgh, and that team could very well be the Giants, depending on how the first four picks break. Mansoor Delane has the safest production profile of the Round 1 CBs. But without athletic testing, his size + boundary profile is too risky for us to take in the top half of Round 1.
