Odegaard has not been called up for Norway’s friendlies against Netherlands or Switzerland during the March international window, but national team manager Stale Solbakken believes the 27-year-old should be back for Arsenal ‘s next game. The Gunners face Southampton in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup on 4th April. Arsenal star Odegaard close to making return from injury “Now it’s three weeks until Arsenal play again.
Or two and a half weeks,” Solbakken said from Norway’s camp. “I think it could be a goal for Martin to be in a squad then. It’s within reach.
“There is no reason for him to travel now. He has to train. If he wants to use a day off to come here, he is welcome to do so.
