Brown and the New England Patriots ? Numerous offseason rumors have indicated the Patriots eventually will trade for the star receiver. In fact, recent rumors suggest there's a handshake agreement between New England and Philadelphia to complete a deal after June 1, when trading Brown would become more financially reasonable for the Eagles.
However, ESPN's Adam Schefter contradicted those rumors during a recent " The Pat McAfee Show " appearance. "My understanding recently was such that the Eagles weren't in a rush to make a move," Schefter said. "That if they made a move, it would come after June 1st.
