New contract details revealed for recent Steelers signing
Pittsburgh Steelers center Ryan McCollum signed a new contract and the details were recently shared, including the signing bonus and salary.
In recent weeks, the Pittsburgh Steelers made a few important roster moves to address their offensive line depth ā one of which was signing backup center Ryan McCollum to a one-year deal. According to KPRC2's Aaron Wilson, McCollum's new contract details are as follows: a total of $1. 332 million, including a $75 thousand signing bonus and a salary of $1.

145M ā Aaron Wilson (@AaronWilson_NFL) March 24, 2026 Signing with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2021, McCollum wouldn't make his NFL debut until he was signed off their practice squad by the Detroit Lions in October of that year. Detroit ultimately waived McCollum in August 2022, where he was then claimed by Pittsburgh. He played with the Steelers from 2022ā2025, appearing in 34 games primarily in a special teams and depth capacity.
