Patriots executive Eliot Wolf reportedly attends crowded Miami pro day

The New England Patriots covered much ground on Monday amid a wave of pro days around the country. According to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, Patriots executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf was on hand for Miami’s Pro Day, along with over 100 NFL personnel. While Patriots coach Mike Vrabel was evaluating talent at Boston College, Wolf was at the southernmost part of the Eastern Seaboard watching top prospects such as Rueben Bain Jr.

, Francis Mauigoa and Akheem Mesidor perform in on-field drills. Bain Jr. put on a riveting showing at the event, showcasing his power, speed and aggression in a variety of drills before Wolfe.

Mesidor, in particular, welcomed the idea of playing for the Patriots back in February. The 24-year-old edge rusher was jubilant regarding the opportunity he was given to perform in front of NFL scouts at the event, while in front of the media.
