The New York Giants continue to expand their pre-draft evaluations with an upcoming local pro day that will feature several prospects with regional ties. Among those scheduled to participate are tight end Connor Hulstein from Marist and running back Jalen Berger from UCLA. From Big Blue View : Connor Hulstein, a tight end from Marist, and Jalen Berger, a running back from UCLA who attended Don Bosco Prep in New Jersey, will be among the participants in the Giants upcoming local pro day.
That news from their agent, Sean Stellato. Hulstein, a 6-foot-6, 247-pound graduate student from Frisco, Texas, transferred to Marist after four seasons at Princeton. In 2025, he recorded 42 receptions for the Red Foxes.
During his time at Princeton, the Liberty High School product appeared in 26 games, tallying 11 catches for 111 yards and three touchdowns, including a game-winning score against Harvard in 2023. Berger, a 6-foot-1, 215-pound back from Newark, New Jersey, wrapped up a six-year college journey that included stops at Wisconsin, Michigan State, and UCLA. The Don Bosco Prep standout accumulated 386 carries for 1,707 yards and a 4.
4-yard average, along with 48 receptions over his career. His path included a strong freshman campaign at Wisconsin, followed by transfers that tested his resilience. The local pro day provides the Giants with an opportunity to assess these developmental prospects up close as they prepare ahead of the 2026 NFL draft.
