COLON — The Kanawha River sits to the northeast the University of Charleston in West Virginia. The school, situated in the capital city of The Mountain State, has an enrollment of around 3,000 students as undergrads. While not the closest college campus to home where she could compete, Preston said everything about the school drew her in and the decision ended up being an easy one.
