PHILADELPHIA — Jalen Williams froze as he stood underneath the basket inside Xfinity Mobile Arena. His eyes were fixated on the rim, which was still swaying from side to side after throwing down a self-alley-oop slam to finish his pregame shootaround. Williams made his return during OKC's 123-103 win over Philadelphia on Monday, and he showed some explosiveness despite missing the past 16 games due to a right hamstring strain . He recorded 18 points, six assists and four rebounds in 20 minutes. OKC (57-15) has now won 12 straight games.
