Tennessee women's basketball guard Deniya Prawl intends to enter the transfer portal after an underwhelming season for the team.

Tennessee women's basketball will already be without one player when next season begins. Per an ESPN report , Lady Vols freshman guard Deniya Prawl intends to enter the transfer portal. A reason for Prawl's departure was not immediately given.

Prawl, a top-20 recruit in the class of 2025, started eight games for Tennessee this season. The freshman averaged four points and 2. 7 rebounds on 41% shooting.

She typically saw just over 15 minutes of action per matchup throughout the year. Prawl's last outing came against NC State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. She finished with nine points, four rebounds and two steals on 60% shooting from the field.
