Oregon commit OT Drew Fielder shared a photo on social media after a workout with former Duck Josh Conerly Jr., despite rumors of a USC flip.
The Oregon Ducks and USC Trojans will be battling often on the recruiting trail this offseason. The Ducks are currently trying to hold off their longtime rival from flipping one of the most important early commitments in Oregon's class. Four-star offensive tackle Drew Fielder committed to the Ducks on February 1, but after spending the past two weekends on campus with the Trojans, momentum seemed to be steering toward Los Angeles.
However, that all changed when the Servite High School star shared a photo on his Instagram posing with former Oregon tackle Josh Conerly Jr. , throwing up the "O" as well. Fielder's proximity and family connections to USC have made rumors of a flip swirl, but his feelings about Dan Lanning and the ability to develop at Oregon have stood out.
