Despite last season's injury, Hill should command considerable interest from a list of playoff-anxious suitors in need of a reliable target in the passing game. " Hill will be a controversial idea, but it would be a win-now move by the Bucs. It would also keep in line with the team always looking for veterans on the market who can come in on a one-year deal to help the team capitalize on a small window.
