The hot dog includes Australian Wagyu, an entire tin of Golden Goat Caviar and a sprinkling of gold flakes.

While watching tennis at the Miami Open, guests can enjoy the usual fare: burgers, pizza and chicken fingers, but this year, the hot dog got a major glow up. Featuring Australian Wagyu, a layer of creme fraiche, an entire tin of Golden Goat Caviar and a sprinkling of gold flakes, this meal is known as the Golden Goat Caviar  Golden Glizzy hot dog. Guests can enjoy the rare treat for a mere $100.

Golden Goat Caviar Managing Partner Keith Glickman said his company set out to do something special for the Miami Open. “Something that captures the city’s energy, bold flavor and playful decadence,” Glickman said. “Over the past year, we’ve seen caviar show up in fun, unexpected ways across pop culture, and it’s been exciting to watch.

For us, the next step was about building on that momentum with something thoughtfully crafted yet still unapologetically indulgent. In collaboration with Chevre Miami, Ficelle Bakery, and Beauregard's Fine Meats we developed a caviar hot dog that balances craftsmanship with approachability without taking itself too seriously. “ Other new food available at the 2026 Miami Open Tacos Atarantados –  Authentic Monterrey street-style tacos with bold, juicy flavors and a blend of spices.
