Nebraska added a commitment to the class of 2027 on Friday evening as three-star wide receiver Kayden Howard committed to the program. Howard is the No. 49-ranked overall athlete in the 2027 class, and the No.
92-ranked overall player in his class from the state of Florida, per the Rivals Industry Rankings . Howard also received offers from Minnesota, UCF, and Louisville. One major aspect of Howard’s game is his speed.
He ran a 10. 78 in the 100-meter dash and a 22. 73 in the 200-meter dash.
The receiver caught 25 passes for 510 yards and seven touchdowns for Miami Palmetto last season. Howard is just another strong commitment in what is a stellar 2027 class. The class itself ranks ninth overall in the country according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.
