Iowa player spitefully mocked Florida with Gator Chomp after upset
Cooper Koch was so petty here after the Iowa upset win over Florida in March Madness.
Cooper Koch may have made some enemies in Gainesville. The Iowa freshman forward was seen mocking Florida not once but twice after the Hawkeyes' stunner of a win over the Gators, with cameras capturing him doing the classic Gator Chomp after the final horn and then seemingly in the handshake line. At least save that stuff for after the sportsmanship-filled moment of shaking hands with the other team!
Not sure if head coach Ben McCollum would have something to say about that, but Koch will probably hear about this a lot from Florida fans. Here are those two moments that have Gators fans mad online: HAWKEYE HEARTBREAK #Gators run at a second straight title ends in Tampa It’s their first NCAA Tournament loss in the state of Florida in 23 years Iowa is bam in the Sweet Sixteen for the first time since 1999 #MarchMadness pic. twitter.
