Arizona Cardinals among league leaders in available cap space
After two weeks of free agency, the Cardinals have more than $40 million in cap space still.
It would appear that the Arizona Cardinals are basically done with their work in free agency. They have signed new players at almost every position group, leaving only outside linebacker and cornerback alone. And with free agency largely over, the Cardinals still have a ton of space under the salary cap.
According to Over the Cap at the time this was published, the Cardinals have the fourth-most cap space in the NFL. How much cap space do the Cardinals have? Two weeks after the start of free agency, the Cardinals are $40.
9 million under the salary cap, having 76 players under contract. That is the fourth-most cap space. The top three?
