This off-season, Jaelan Phillips, Reed Blankenship, Nakobe Dean, and Jahan Dotson are among the starters who have departed.

Voluntary offseason workout programs are fast approaching, and should kick off for Philadelphia in Mid-April. OTAs are intended to provide training, teaching, and physical conditioning for players. As per Article 21 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, each club's official, voluntary nine-week offseason program is conducted in three phases that'll take the team into the early summer before training camp.
