Here are the winners of the Fan's Choice Bayside South Player of the Year polls

The results are in for the Fan's Choice Bayside South High School Basketball Players of the Year for the 2025-26 season, as two winners from local boys and girls basketball teams have been crowned. Washington's Elijah Thomas won the Fan's Choice Boys Basketball Player of the Year poll. Thomas, a first-time All-Bayside South player for the Jaguars, led Washington on the court this season, and continued to be one of the Bayside's most outstanding players, as he has been throughout his high school career.

Wi-Hi's Tyson Hayward and Tay'Shaun Swann finished in second and third in the poll. Stephen Decatur's Maia Holland won the Fan's Choice Girls Basketball Player of the Year poll. Holland was one of Decatur's key players this season as they dominated the Bayside South and won the Bayside Conference Championship.

Holland's Decatur teammates Maliyah Manuel and Maleah Blake finished in second and third in this season's poll.
