The Kansas Jayhawks lost to St. John's Red Storm on Sunday night in the NCAA Tournament. The game was controlled by the Johnnies for most of the night, but a late surge by Kansas brought them back into contention.
“For most of the game, Kansas looked outmatched and unprepared for the intensity and style of play that St. John’s brought. From their full-court press to their 3-point shooting – KU didn’t seem to have the answer until they strung together a last-minute comeback in the last eight minutes of the game,” SI’s Dillon Davis wrote.
After the game, Bill Self was asked about his future in Lawrence, a question that has surfaced due to his health concerns. His response left some uncertainty. “I'll get back, get with family, visit and see what's going on.
