Iowa basketball player Alvaro Folgueiras and Florida's Alex Condon were both called for technical fouls on a held-ball play Sunday during an NCAA Tournament game in Tampa, Fla. Folgueiras got tangled up with Condon on a held-ball situation. Condon threw Folgueiras to the floor, and Folgueiras made a closed fist and swung toward the ball.

CBS announcers initially speculated that Folgueiras would be whistled for a flagrant-2 foul, which carries an automatic ejection. After officials reviewed the video, they determined no flagrant foul was necessary. The play happened with 8:34 left in the first half and Iowa leading 19-13.
