No. 10 Florida State softball run rules Cal for series sweep
Florida State softball now has swept California all three games in the series. They extended their win streak to 17 games, which is good for 4th longest in Division I. Lineup SS – Isa Torres (JR) 3B – Jaysoni Beachum (JR) RF – Shelby McKenzie (SO) LHP – Ashtyn Danley (JR) CF – Kennedy Harp (JR) DP – Anna Hinde (FR) LF – Makenna Sturgis (FR) 2B – Marin Heller (FR) 1B – Hayley Griggs (FR) C – Madi Frey (SR) Recap 2nd Inning Ashtyn Danley and Cal’s Kiki Mashhoud both had baserunners in the first inning, and both had a scoreless frame.

A walk and two strikeouts had Danley in trouble, and the second double of the inning made it 4-1. A hit by pitch loaded the bases, and took Danley out of the circle.
